    I placed an online order through the app before this store closed. when I arrived they had already shut down the drive-thru so I proceeded to go forward to the payment window I tried to get a gentleman's attention but he ignored me. I tried to gesture to my phone where I had my order pickup ID. He still proceeded to ignore me an older female also saw me and I again tried to gesture to my order ID on my phone but she just gestured they were closed. I tried to call the store in the hopes of just getting my order canceled. I could hear the phone ringing from outside the window as they ignored it on two separate attempts someone picked up the phone and just left it to where I could hear staff members mumbling and moving around I tried to speak through the phone that I was just asking for a cancellation that was all I wanted I didn't need the food I just wanted a cancellation so that I could receive a refund. No one answered and then they must have had one of the staff members called the store and leave it because then the phone rang busy to where I could not call. My frustration is the way they chose to handle the situation I don't understand why the order was accepted If they had no intentions of making the food or Even if it was a forced acceptance why they wouldn't have canceled it that way this whole situation could have been avoided.

    They will help you at the counter if you're not comfortable with the kiosk. Love the steak and egg bagel (no cheese). Clean lobby and friendly staff. Parking is odd

    I asked for extra mac sauce and paied for it. Didn't get it. And links like a quarter ponder. I am very disappointed. Not worth the price.
