  I come here most Saturdays after soccer and there’s always the nicest sweetest man with the biggest smile greeting you with all the warmth🥹💗 I never got his name but he’s just so lovely! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service:)

  I went inside, used the self serve kiosk, and ordered To Go. There was nobody else inside, already dining or otherwise. When I walked in, the drive thru also was empty. And still, it took about 20 minutes for my order of just 2 meals to be ready. Nobody apologized for the delay when they gave me my food. And what makes it worse, is the food was so over cooked (I got chicken nuggets with fries) that I didn't eat more than a couple bites and just threw it away. Considering how expensive McDonald's has become, you'd think they would make the food a little better and provide service faster.

  I placed an online order through the app before this store closed. when I arrived they had already shut down the drive-thru so I proceeded to go forward to the payment window I tried to get a gentleman's attention but he ignored me. I tried to gesture to my phone where I had my order pickup ID. He still proceeded to ignore me an older female also saw me and I again tried to gesture to my order ID on my phone but she just gestured they were closed. I tried to call the store in the hopes of just getting my order canceled. I could hear the phone ringing from outside the window as they ignored it on two separate attempts someone picked up the phone and just left it to where I could hear staff members mumbling and moving around I tried to speak through the phone that I was just asking for a cancellation that was all I wanted I didn't need the food I just wanted a cancellation so that I could receive a refund. No one answered and then they must have had one of the staff members called the store and leave it because then the phone rang busy to where I could not call. My frustration is the way they chose to handle the situation I don't understand why the order was accepted If they had no intentions of making the food or Even if it was a forced acceptance why they wouldn't have canceled it that way this whole situation could have been avoided.
