I tried to gesture to my phone where I had my order pickup ID. He still proceeded to ignore me an older female also saw me and I again tried to gesture to my order ID on my phone but she just gestured they were closed. I tried to call the store in the hopes of just getting my order canceled. I could hear the phone ringing from outside the window as they ignored it on two separate attempts someone picked up the phone and just left it to where I could hear staff members mumbling and moving around I tried to speak through the phone that I was just asking for a cancellation that was all I wanted I didn't need the food I just wanted a cancellation so that I could receive a refund. No one answered and then they must have had one of the staff members called the store and leave it because then the phone rang busy to where I could not call. My frustration is the way they chose to handle the situation I don't understand why the order was accepted If they had no intentions of making the food or Even if it was a forced acceptance why they wouldn't have canceled it that way this whole situation could have been avoided.
