Make sure the store is open even though it's within their business hours before placing an order or driving up here. No sign in the door or anything else to even let people know it's closed other than the lights off and the door's locked.

I know we need to pay our people a living wage but I’m sure there are ways to keep the cost down without passing the buck onto the consumer. 12 dollars for a smoothie… I think not.
