  I don't know what is wrong with the people that work here. Never a good morning, never a smile , not even a simple Hi. I know the food is what it is and you cannot change it, the place is what it is and you cannot change it , but what you can change is your attitude and your customer service. That will make the whole experience a lot more pleasant and will help you to make a job that apparently is so horrible a little bit better. They all experience a little bit better...... just smile

  They forgot the chicken in my chicken chalupa. Edit*: and they left lettuce in my taco where I specified no lettuce, honestly just skip this taco bell for the next.

  I came here and got two chalupas which were horribly over cooked. I let it go initially but tonight I went and got 2 orders of steak garlic nacho fries and very clearly asked for 2 small dipping cups of sour cream on the side. Instead I got fries drowned in what looked like 2 measuring cups of sour cream. Also the drink had no syrup so it tasted awful but that's not the employees fault. Overall most of what i paid $30 for was inedible aside from 3 tacos that were ok.

  unfortunately my disabled elderly friend went inside to order but there was NO posted MENU, he felt very frustrated, he went to a "screen" and it was asking for his app info of which he do not have, FRUSTRATED he walked out NOT purchasing anything & will never go back. I do not understand not having a posted menu. This is not ADA accessible & disenfranchises senior, elderly & disabled customers from services. It is a disservice to NOT provide posted or printed menus for customers requiring this modes of menus.
