We asked for cucumbers and they were sour. Stay far away from this place. Wasted money! For 6 people! Shame on Broadway subway in Placerville! Steer clear of this subway. Unless you want to get sick.

- SAShannon AngonaJul 3, 20241.0We place an online order and arrived at the designated time and the sandwhiches werent ready so we sat asside and waited for them to be made. The sandwhiches were barely toasted and were cold when we got them. The toppings were barely on the sandwhiches and there was barely any sauce was I asked for extra online. Since I saw it was light i asked for two sauces on the side and they filled them 1/4 of the way. When I asked for them to please be filled more the female making our sauces didn't even look up and said with attitude "no". It's the absolute worst customer service I've gotten at a Subway. She wouldn't look or acknowledge my husband or I and was rude and short when she did. We were going to this Subway because the other Subway's toaster oven was broken (Fair Lane) but I'd rather toast the sandwhich at home than deal with this location again.
