- APAntonio and Charlotte PerezFeb 20, 20261.0You need proper training for the individuals making sandwiches in your deli section when taking an order from doordash or Uber eats.... Numerous times now I have ordered Italian sandwich through doordash and added extra meat both ham and salami and then it asks for three extra toppings which I generally do red onion, pepperoncini and cucumber.... The problem is when I receive the sandwich every time they do not make the Italian sandwich so I don't get any of the items that come on the Italian sandwich. Additionally, all I receive is the items that I check off so cucumbers pepperoncinis and red onion, ham and salami.... Final cost on the sandwich is $11. That's a lot of money to spend for a ham sandwich with a few toppings.... Please get them to read the instructions and to make the sandwich that is selected first. Then add the additional items. This is absurd. It's been six times. I've gotten it right once

When you order for delivery they don't tell you half the stuff is missing, so they charge you the full delivery fee and there's no way to cancel the order. If I don't get my full order I want the chance to cancel it. And it's not the first time. The manager there is no help at all. They also never send the "free" items and of course the $5 off coupon gets canceled as well. Just awful business. Zero stars for them, just have to put one to be able to write this review. AWFUL!!!
