We had a very efficient and pleasant conversation regarding a lot of great ideas that could increase popularity and increase profits. I hope corporate or head office executives would hear a lot more ideas from their front line customer service staff. 10’s across the board for this location especially for having an employee like Evan that keeps it simple and real.
- NLN LJul 23, 20255.0(Sunday, July 6th between roughly 6-7pm.) I was in town visiting family and the first thing I had to do after dinner was stop at the nearest BR to stock up on my favorite chocolate ice cream for dessert later. I always buy pre packed quarts for the best deal though the prices can vary by store, usually costing somewhere between $13-18 for two. This particular BR was very clean and the refrigerated cases were fully stocked w many flavors to choose. I hadn’t had time to stop for cones yet so I asked the employee-a really nice young man w beautiful blue eyes and a big smile-if I could purchase a couple cake & sugar cones. He gladly threw them in since I was buying 4 prepacked qts. He had the best attitude, and was extremely friendly and outgoing from the moment we walked through the door. We were in and out very quickly even though there were at least 10-12 people in the shop. The employees were all helping different customers and not wasting time standing around. Other family members w me chose scoops in a cup. I thought the size of the scoops was very fair considering what they cost which is usually not the case and the exact reason I only buy in quarts. Many times depending on whom is scooping them, the scoops can be very, very small. The nice male employee threw in a couple spoons and napkins too, as well as let me try 2 new flavors. All in all, I’d give this BR and my experience 5 stars. I visit BR shops all over and they’re not all the same. Great customer service really makes a difference! My family members also commented about how nice this young man was. I hope the owner/manager recognize that they have such a great employee working for them!! I’ll be back in a few weeks and will definitely stop by again.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
