It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a premium for something and not get what you ordered. What’s worse is that there’s rarely any accountability or effort to fix the mistake. Last couple of times I reported the issue to manager also. They offered me credit for next time but when I am hungry I can’t eat credit or money. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in their ability to deliver even a standard order correctly. I expect better quality control and attention to detail, especially from a brand like Panera.
