- CACason AllenNov 9, 20252.0Staff aren’t well versed in quality customer service. Exhibit A: I order my chicken and am quoted a wait of 4 minutes. Those 4 minutes go by and I notice more and more customers who ordered after me receive their finished order before me. After about 10-12 minutes of waiting I finally go up to the counter and ask for the eta on my order. The worker says they are all out of tenders and it’s gonna be 10 more minutes to make new tenders. I agree to wait but I am not offered any sort of coupon discount extra food item on the house to acknowledge a clear mistake on the staff’s part in inventory availability. So I pay full price for service promised in 4 minutes end up waiting 20 and am supposed to be satisfied and act like nothing was wrong. Unsatisfied

I use to love this spot but it seems like once they got a loyal customer base they doubled their prices. You can get an entire pack of chicken breast for $11, here you will get 3-4 strips lol never coming back
