The staff are mostly so sweet but they need to be trained on how to make drink or take orders not where the problem is I always ask for less milk and I xtra ice. I get a full cup with barely any ice almost every time. Then once I have them remake it it’s like the skip the flavor and maybe give me decaf because it taste so different. How is it I been coming in here for years and still have the same problem. Mind you I’m spending 10$ everyday even more if I have the my kids with me . They will remake it with a smile but I just don’t get why it’s so hard so to get right ….

I called in and I was speaking clearly.The lady kept saying,I can't hear you,finally after I was yelling in the phone she asked why was I calling. She claimed she would write down my name and I would have to go and get the missing order. I suggest they check their phone system 12/2/23 Follow-up-I went in and received the missing item and they apologized about the mix-up .On their system it supposedly shows up as 2 egg bites,versus 2 orders. The staff was very attentive today
