They were playing loud music and had a friend on the side who didn't work there getting free ice cream. They proceeded to make comments about how they don’t like when people come in last minute when there was a whole hour before closing. The girl and guy did not seem like they wanted to help me. The scoops were small and it took a long time to get me my sundaes. If they don’t want to work there, they should just quit and stay home. Never coming back here again.

The girl helping me wouldn't even respond when I was tak ling to her, she ignored me completely when I was confirming what order she was making. She looked annoyed the whole time. They also serve very skimpy scoops! Nothing but rotten kids who need a lesson on customer service, don't go here

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
