- TNTerry NerelliMar 25, 20262.0I ordered two scoops, and anyone who serves ice cream should know to put the stronger flavor on the bottom. Instead, they put the chocolate on the top. And the lighter ice cream on the bottom. As soon as I paid, I pulled into a shady spot and opened it to eat it and the bottom scoop was completely melted. It hadn’t even been a full two minutes since I had left the kiosk. The ice cream had to have been put in their melted. The chocolate on top was firmer, but still soft. The ice cream should be hard and frozen when you get it otherwise I might as well go for soft serve. The little girl who took the order had a really soft voice and I couldn’t hear her over the traffic sounds. After asking her to repeat several times and then hesitating because I had no idea what she said, the manager finally came on and asked me what my question was. When I got to the window, I asked her what the total was and again she was speaking so softly that I could not hear her. These children need to be trained. If they’re going to work there, then they need to know that they need to speak up so that people can hear them over traffic sounds. I don’t think I’ll be going back. The little girl was very pleasant, she just had a very soft voice.

The three employees yelled “we closed” only after I asked if they close early but not before they laughed as if it was funny that the website and both signs on the window say 10pm on Fri. I hope they train their staff better as too many people go postal over what others may think is small.

They were playing loud music and had a friend on the side who didn't work there getting free ice cream. They proceeded to make comments about how they don’t like when people come in last minute when there was a whole hour before closing. The girl and guy did not seem like they wanted to help me. The scoops were small and it took a long time to get me my sundaes. If they don’t want to work there, they should just quit and stay home. Never coming back here again.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
