  Order was wrong even tho the order taker read it back correctly. Had to go back to restaurant (wasting time and gas) and literally argue w the manager to prepare my paid for food as ordered. He said he made it so he knows it's right. I even showed him my food. After a back and forth the correct order was made and I got my food. In first place if a customer comes and brings back food FOR ANY REASON the restaurant should not tell the customer it's right when it's clearly not as ordered. I know my food and what I like in it. If you can't do that and you'll argue with your revenue you need to get into a different line of work.

  I get things are getting more expensive, but when the quality and service go down and the price goes up, that gap is too large for me to accept. Order is usually wrong, AI intercom NEVER understands me. Just a frustrating process and I’m done giving them my business.

  Waiting in line writing this. They gave my order to someone else. Thrn handed me a taco. Told them it wasn't my order. Hey mistakes happen no big deal. But the lady told me to get to the back of the line and was ridiculously rude and acted like it was my fault. Terrible service from the manager
