    This taco bell is 100x better than the one on Oak Park. Make the extra drive here if you live closer to the other one. Portion sizes are wayyyyyy better, cooks actually take their time and make things delicious and the food is never old and dry and cold like the other Taco Bell. Thanks!

    Not only did I get terrible food which is nothing like the advertisement but I got cussed out by the “manager on duty” who refused to give me her name. Truly unacceptable behavior especially from someone that should be setting an example for other employees. I asked one question which I was mocked & ridiculed for. She said, what do I expect it’s a “dipping burrito?!” At that point it was no longer about the food but the disrespect & unprofessionalism. Very disappointing. Corporate needs to train their employees on customer service. Do better.

    Came through the drive thru around 4-5 the crew back there took good care of me prior to previous occasions. Looked like I saw a couple new faces. Those to guys did a great job.

    Very slow service, it was a simple single beef burrito order to go. Waited for 20 minutes to get my orders. It seems like Uber eat and door dash have priority over the regular customers. Won't be visiting here again. Customer service is not the what it use to be, over paid fast food workers are a bunch of lazy impolite people now and should be replace by robots. I bet robots are faster at making burrito. I'm not for replacing humans with machines but when fast food services are this way then time to fix the problem. OVER PAID SLOW HUNAN WORKERS driving the cost up on everything.
