  My little brother went here with his friends and the owner of the franchise threatened to call the cops on them she said “they were talking too much shit, they were making a mess” etc. my thing is why would you involve police with kids, and one of them did purchase food. So you result to calling the police on your customers?? I wonder when they resulted to police rather than kicking the problem out. California gives businesses the right to refuse service to anyone. My brother is a teenager not even 15 years old. I felt very uncomfortable how quick they were to result to the police on a group of minorities.

  I used to go to this Wendy’s all the time. I hadn’t been to it in a while, so I stopped and ordered my usual #1. It was not good at all, my stomach hurt after eating. They used shredded lettuce which was different. Just not the same as before. I may try the one in Martinez.

  Rude people in the front. They do not care about customers and the lady was sticking her finger in my food to see if it was hot. They don’t represent “Wendy’s” correctly. I asked for ranch for my order that came with nuggets they said no and they forgot to give me my straw the lady was rude as hell and said “what do you want”… there was no other customers, she’s just lazy and unfriendly. Disgusting people.

  Lost a customer for 55 cent sauce packet when we spent 35 dollars and keep in mind we didn't ask for any sauces we were asking for one sauce packet.

  Nuggets were cold and soggy like they were not fried properly.Ive been here several time and I try to understand the mess ups but I will never be back after my last order.
