  Very poor customer service. They never seem to have the condiments needed for sandwiches. Every time I go, I hope for a better experience, but I always end up disappointed. I’ve completely stopped going there.

  The place is very dirty. I’m not sure if there’s a new owner or new employees, but the orders made through the app are done very poorly. I used to go 2 or 3 times a week, and that’s when I noticed everything is different—dirty and the orders are badly made

  Just wanted a sandwich combo meal very simple and as I walked in the gentleman started by saying this is all I have and my toaster is broken so I can't toast anything or soda machine is down and so on......,, this isn't the first rude and empty interaction with this particular Subway. They had two choices of meat three choices of cheese and the only veggies they had were spinach bell pepper tomatoes onions and cucumbers he didn't even have mayonnaise for my sandwich. I asked if they were closing he said they haven't gotten their delivery yet for a Subway and all you have to do is keep in stock veggies that's really disappointing. If you are not going to pay your bills or order for a restaurant that's well known maybe you should let it go or close it all together but this type of service is not okay and if you're not going to have all that stuff for a customer your staff should be a lot nicer.

  At this point they just need to either change managers or close this location. They’re out of most things, which is ridiculous. They are closed when they’re suppose to be open. No sign on the door saying that they are closed. Don’t waste your time on coming to this location.
