- LSLes SenaMar 6, 20261.0I’m disgusted, not by the food but by the customer service I received today, I was getting food for someone not even myself and the staff gave me the wrong order, we to take it back just for the girl to tell us that we took the wrong order, no you GAVE me the order. Proceed to give the food to the right person and tells them I took their food? When I confronted her she smirked and laughed. I’m so tired of this place, this place was the main reason why I stoped eating McDonald’s and it’s doesn’t even have to do anything with the food but with the service . I’m so disgusted by the attitude the Male “manager “ had . The red haired girl and some light brown hair girl. They’re the main reason why I’ll always tell ppl not to eat at this establishment .

I went and got 210 piece chicken nuggets meals, quarter pounder meal and a large fries and spent over $40. I asked the guy in the drive-through if there was barbecue ranch he said yes he lied no ketchup no napkins no barbecue sauce

After placing my order, I was told by a staff member that my order was complete and there were no additional bags left. I left based on that information, only to later realize I was missing four burgers. When I returned to address the issue, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, the store manager blamed me for “leaving too soon.” This was frustrating because I relied on the staff’s confirmation that my order was complete. As a customer, I expect accurate communication and accountability—not to be blamed for an error that was clearly on the store’s end. The lack of professionalism and refusal to take responsibility was disappointing. I hope management works on improving communication and customer service moving forward.
