She had the audacity to rudely talk back and try to reflect her anger onto me after I nicely apologized for almost bumping into her. Instead of taking the apology, and I even made room for her to pass through, she continued to act as if I was out to get her and said “Are you going to go?” with an extremely rude attitude. I tried to ignore her after I noticed how offended she was over something so small, yet she continued to stare at me (while I was looking away, mind you) and said “Are you okay?” As if I had some problem. She was rude and had the problem for the start, I don’t understand why she was taking it out on me by causing an unnecessary scene. The way she handled the situation was embarrassing and does not reflect how a head cashier should act. Is this how she treats all the customers, or just targeted ones she somehow feels threatened by? Terrible reflection on the business and no one answers their customer service line.
