    Excelente servicio todas las mañanas paso por mi desayuno y las personas son muy amables rocio nos dio a probar un huevo en salasa verde con nopales que me recordó mi rancho muy buena la comida gracias a la señora Leticia y a rocío son muy amables

    Hola gracias superior picó rivera mi tienda favorita para mi la mejor aunque debo decir que ay clientes muy groseros con el personal de comida caliente esta vez mire que una clienta se puso muy pesada pidiendo una porción más de salsa a lo que la muchacha le dijo que una porción más le costaría $ 50 centavos a lo que la clienta le respo dio que el día anterior si le abran dado 2 salsas por la compra de de 4 tacos dorados a lo que le dijo la clienta ta muy grosera qué quería ablar con. La manager y la llamaron y la manager le dijo dásela y le dijo a la señora no se preocupe no se la van a cobrar a lo que la clienta le dijo a la manager muy grosera como te llamas la manager le dijo me llamo creo que rosario y pago y salió; yo digo una cosa Personal de corporativo que siempre dicen que el cliente siempre tiene la razón No siempre por que merecen RESPETO TANTO EL QUE COMPRA COMO EL QUE VENDE Muchas gracias 😘 superior siempre la mejor

    Super sad, I just called Pico Rivera Market 10 times in a row, and no one picked up the phone. The call just drops at the end of recording. I tried other Superiors and they picked up by the 2nd ring. What is going on? This is not good for business...

    The management team at this location is doing a great job in maintaining a positive shopping environment and fostering a good team spirit. By focusing on a few operational details like consistent stock availability, the store could be truly excellent. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will continue to shop here . Good job 👏🏻

    The head cashier is extremely rude and has terrible customer skills. She had the audacity to rudely talk back and try to reflect her anger onto me after I nicely apologized for almost bumping into her. Instead of taking the apology, and I even made room for her to pass through, she continued to act as if I was out to get her and said “Are you going to go?” with an extremely rude attitude. I tried to ignore her after I noticed how offended she was over something so small, yet she continued to stare at me (while I was looking away, mind you) and said “Are you okay?” As if I had some problem. She was rude and had the problem for the start, I don’t understand why she was taking it out on me by causing an unnecessary scene. The way she handled the situation was embarrassing and does not reflect how a head cashier should act. Is this how she treats all the customers, or just targeted ones she somehow feels threatened by? Terrible reflection on the business and no one answers their customer service line.
