One night patiently waiting for my food, I was wrongfully accused of staring at somebody, who btw took it completely out of context. I attempted to deescalate the situation twice but the dude saw that as a weakness. He proceeded to yell and curse with families present in the building. He begins to try to charge me but doesnt get close enough for me to respond, Panera is lucky I am a trained fighter and I know when to strike. Mind you, all he bought was a coffee, management had more than enough time to get escort him out of the building as he called us poor peasants for eating at Panera and chose to do nothing. Be thankful I am a disciplined fighter. Staff needs to be trained to respond, not react to individuals like this. I couldve easily sent him to the hospital and not a care in the world, so if your going to eat here, be prepared to defend yourself, because they wont step in to help you!

This one in Pico Rivera is my main spot where I go to when I want to do some work on my laptop. This Panera has plenty of seating as well as plenty of outlets for you to bring your computer as well as plenty of parking. The food and staff are both great if a bit pricey, but I won't deny that it is good quality food. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing I can see why so many people come here to work or study. The rewards progrma is nice to as you can get a few nice bonuses for being a loyal customer and the staff will inform you when you have one available.
