When I arrived, I checked in online and via text message, followed the instructions and parked in front of the store with my hazard lights on. Waited and waited and nobody ever came out. I gave them time assuming they may be busy but eventually went inside to pick up my order. The employee said they "didn't dispatch" my order or something like that but that is had been ready just sitting there. Didn't even receive an apology for the inconvenience of wasting my times and not getting freshly made pizza.
