  Was the best. Since the move, they mess up take out orders most of the time.

  Pizza took over 40 min to get walked in and at least 4 workers walked by me and didn’t acknowledge me or other customers waiting until another Customer spoke up all the Workers seem to be very lost. I don’t know basic customer service.

  Great pizza 🍕🍕🍕, but I didn't receive my receipt 🧾 🧾 and could use it to get my points, so I am little disappointed in that 😢. We ordered the 16" All Meat Pizza and it was really good. They gave us ample Parmesan Cheese and Red Chili 🌶️ 🌶️ Pepper Flakes, and napkins. The service was quick, polite, and friendly. This is only my second time getting pizza from here, and I didn't know that the Pizza Factory moved from their old place so I was very confused when I arrived at the old place and found out they moved because I haven't been here since last year.

  The pizza here was actually amazing but what killed this whole experience was that the staff were not too friendly. They had very bland personalities, they acted almost as if they were mad. Especially the lady that served us our pizza. It was like she threw the pizza on the rack and angrily said “enjoy”. My daughter was uncomfortable and thought she was mad at us. The ice wasn’t working, but it wasn’t that big of a problem because they brought ice out for everyone. The atmosphere was “eh”. We were sitting near a family and their children were screaming so much. The staff can’t help that but it was obviously not enjoyable to us. The last thing, - was actually the biggest problem for me. We ordered one pizza and it was delicious but it took them 50 minutes to get it out after we placed the order…. Almost an HOUR to make and bake a pizza…
