- JJJulianNov 26, 20251.0I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When I opened the sandwich, the bacon was severely undercooked and raw. When I brought it into the store to ask for a new sandwich, the manager told me she would give me new bacon to put on the sandwich. I tried explaining that the bacon was undercooked/raw and even if I were to get new bacon, I wasn't comfortable eating a sandwich that had undercooked food on it. I asked if I could just get a refund, to which she promptly said she was unable to do in the store. When I finally said I was going to just submit a complaint and reach out to corporate, only then did she offer to make me a new sandwich. My concern is that she didn't think the raw bacon was an issue, especially being totally mixed in with rotisserie chicken. I'm definitely never going back to that store, and it has earned its low rating on Google.
