  Very old vegetable almost molded and meat was also bad is had to throw the whole sandwich away wasted 15 dollars ill never be going back

  Placed a pickup order for dine in, was not greeted at all when coming in just looked at until I said I have a pickup order. Sandwich was very light on toppings and not fresh at all, I thought this restaurant was new and improved a few months ago or something I remember seeing a sign and my experience today has proved I will not be back. The bathroom has no lock on the door as you can see the picture, the whole store is pretty dirty from the floors to pickup area, all windows, window seals, walls, and the door. I did not know this when I had ordered from here for my first time. Very dirty location for the two young girls working to just be sitting around making conversation when they could be making the store more appealing. The only table that sits more than 2 people says handicap accessible but it is not at all with where the pickup rack is located.

  As a customer that has been going to Subway, since I was a teen, this is outrageous and I’m literally going to be 30 in August of this year 2025, I will not be going back to this specific location because now you guys have failed, someone as a customer should be allowed to literally make a.k.a. crate their own sandwich and not have the same that’s on the image on the coupon Because not everyone wants the same stuff that’s on the image, I SERIOUSLY hope that this location on Lakeville Highway SHUTS DOWN once more. The girls at work they’re very sweet, but they force you against your will to buy something that you do not like and I could also make your stomach upset and I’ve seen other kids or other parents literally come into Subway and get their children either a tuna sandwich or other sandwiches that they want you should not be forced or obligated to get something that you do not like. So I think you guys need to grow up and do better and until then I’m not going back to this location right on Lakeville Highway I will go to the other location on the northern end of town or Or in Rohnert Park, which is near my work. And PLEASE MAKE IT KNOWN to your STAFF on Lakeville Highway that you should NOT FORCE someone to get something that they do NOT like. I was going to get a sandwich for me as a late lunch/early dinner, but I am very disappointed and until then do better and don’t force someone against their will to get something that they do not like. 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡
