This is the second time within a month that this very unfortunate experience happened! Totally bummed and feel ripped off. Well, looks like we will have to take our business elsewhere. Bye Bye B&R.. Do yourself a favor people, Fruita is right around the corner which is bomb.. And they will take care of you and give you what you paid for and with a smile!!

A few years ago I ordered 2 very special ice cream cakes for a family reunion.The person wrote my order down & I had the receipt. I had prepaid about $60 for the 2. Got there for pick up but they had no record of it. They then looked at the order book & found my order but they said the cakes probably hadn't come in yet. I asked for the manager's contact info. The young kids behind the counter said they didn't know him & he only came in every 3 months. It went downhill from there. I think it must have a new owner or manager now. Much better. I might even order a special cake just to see what happens.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
