  The drive-thru has no ordering speaker — just a doorbell you’re expected to ring. I pulled up, waited about a minute, rang the bell, and sat there for about five minutes with no response. I rang it again, and instead of someone politely acknowledging the wait, an employee named Jennifer yelled from inside, “You continuing ringing the bell will not make me move any faster! Wait!” There was no greeting, no apology for the delay — just attitude and yelling. If you’re going to offer a drive-thru with a doorbell system, at least respond professionally. Customers should not be spoken to like that for trying to place an order. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional. Management needs to address this.

  Wow, quality has gone down for this location not sure what’s going on, but we’ll never be going to this Pizza Hut again I highly recommend going to Pizza chalet instead. Ordered one of the big box deals $37. My pizza was dry stale had little to no sauce and the wings had no sauce either and we’re supposed to be medium spice tasted like orange chicken disgusting I then called the location to let them know that my pizza was not good and that the crust He said that that that type of cross is thin, bad customer service horrible pizza don’t go
