I ordered two sandwiches on the app around 8:59 pm. The app said the order would be ready at 9:15, so I headed to the store. The girl working informed me that they only had wheat bread and she was waiting for more bread to come out of the oven. She said it would be about ten minutes longer before she could start making my order. I came back at 9:35 and she said she barely started making my sandwiches. I waited and then she informed me that she was out of bacon for my chicken bacon ranch sandwich... The girl was nice and offered to substitute the bacon for another protein. The order wasn't completed until about 9:55, nearly a whole hour since I ordered online. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing... I should have just asked for a refund and left. Management needs to step in and ensure that their stores are stocked properly. There were several people waiting for their orders just like me.
