The store is advertised as open until 8 PM on Christmas Eve, yet an employee took it upon himself to close almost an hour early for cleaning. While staff duties are important, the posted hours are there for a reason — customers should not have to suffer because an employee decided his schedule mattered more. This behavior has cost this location a loyal customer and I feel compelled to let others know that here, the customer’s time seems to come last. Very frustrating and unacceptable.
