  I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and waited about 30 minutes in line. When I finally reached the speaker, no one responded. Meanwhile, cars from the other lane were being helped and their orders were popping up on my screen. When I pulled up to the window and explained I was picking up a mobile order, the employee asked if I had checked in at the speaker. When I said no (because no one answered), he told me I’d need to get back in the drive-thru line and that there was “nothing he could do,he told me if I want I can pay for a 40 piece nuggets” adding that his manager would say the same thing. I was calm and understanding, but he came off aggressive and unprofessional. I ended up leaving because I had tickets to the Polar Express nearby and didn’t want to miss the show. I came back after the show to finally pick up my food. At that point the restaurant was pretty empty. Since I had ordered an iced coffee around 5 PM and it was now closer to 8 PM, I asked if it could be removed from the order. The same employee initially ignored me at the window, then told me to pull forward. When I explained I just wanted to remove the coffee, he responded rudely, saying you can’t change mobile orders and went on about how the system works in a very dismissive tone. A simple “no” would’ve been fine. Ironically, when I got to the next window, I was told they didn’t even have sugar-free vanilla, so they couldn’t make the iced coffee anyway. When I asked if it could be removed, the employee looked confused. I finally asked for a Coke instead, which they agreed to. Overall, terrible communication, unnecessary attitude, and zero effort to help the customer. I was literally trying to convince my wife earlier that we should move to Perris after this experience, that conversation is officially over. My wife said I got punked literally. I was just chilling dude was wilding.

  Es el peor restaurante al que he ido me dejaron esperando 45 minutos por mi orden y al final me la dieron incompleta fue un pésimo servicio y aparte de todo estaba muy sucio

  Curbside service when they first open can be spotty. Suggest Drive-thru for mobile order pickup.
