Our chicken tostada salad was very fresh and good. Most other locations I've been to, the chicken is always dry and over cooked. I almost didn't stop. I was pleasantly surprised! And we'll go back to this location again š

Cashier didnāt know how to honor or process a coupon. The coupon was for with any purchase a 2 dollar dessert. The cashier proceeds to ring me up for only the 2 dollar dessert and not my purchase. When my order comes I asked where my purchase was and she acted like she didnāt know what I was talking about and proceeded to call over who I suppose is a manager and I explain to the manager I ordered a purchase so I can get the 2 dollar dessert but the cashier only gave me the 2 dollar dessert. After showing her my coupon and receipt she says the cashier only rung me up for the 2 dollar dessert without a purchase. At first I was going to let it slide and be understanding because people make mistakes I get that! it happens! but what I donāt need to let slide or understand is how infront of many customers in line the manager says loud enough to me well you only paid for a 2 dollar dessert!! which I responded right back well I ordered a purchase to get the 2 dollar dessert but your cashier did not ring me up!! Thatās not my fault!! And I shouldnāt be made to feel like it is!! and if the manager was more professional a simple Iām sorry would have been just fine with meā¦but that is not the service I recieved. I rather drive miles to another el pollo loco than deal with that again.

š„ Fast, Friendly & Tasty ā Always a Solid Stop! š„
Iāve been coming to this Pollo Loco for over a year now, a few times a month, and itās always a smooth experience. The food is fresh, service is fast, and the staff is super polite. One manager in particular (donāt know his name) is always friendly and keeps things running well.
They have machines to order from, which I sometimes use, but I like that there's always a person ready to help if I want to skip the screen.
As someone who haa to eat on the go often, I wonāt say this is the best food out thereābut itās good enough when Iām on the go. There are plenty of choices on the menu, and I can keep it light if Iām watching what I eat or want to stay on the healthy side.
Sometimes orders arenāt perfect, but they always fix it with no drama. The place is clean, and I even saw a regional manager visit once, checking on things. The whole team stayed professional and friendly, even under pressure.
All in all, this spot is solid. Good food, great service, and Iāll keep coming back.
