First off, all the bagels were undercooked...it's like they were a very light color, no salt on the everything bagels, and too dense, like they didn't have time to rise...like the cooking process was rushed or something. On top of that, a bakers dozen is supposed to have 13 bagels, and we only received 12. We recently moved from OC and love Einsteins, but this location was not up to standard with the bagels. So disappointed. 😢
