  This branch location is absolutely Nothing like the one in San Diego. In person, beginning with the female customer service person at the cash register, exhibits no personality/ did not exhibit friendliness/ didn't witness a smile at any of the customers. Additionally, regarding health and safety food handling, cashier literally went from physically handling money to handling food without washing hands just putting on a pair of flimsy gloves. Bagles did not taste fresh, I was very disappointed in the bagle quality its as though they weren't freshly baked. Better Bagles that taste fresh can be purchased at the grocery stores for less. I witnessed the person toasting the Bagles take out burnt ones. The atmosphere/service going into this Einstein Bros. Bagles Perris, California location is more like construction workers in a remote location with no other choices whereas catacorner across the parking lot area there's a Walmart. 01/09/2026: I went online same day to file concerns, was directed to Panera website, and completed online form. Will go to website you've noted in your comment and note the same.

  Ordered 3 bagels at 11am online, they didnt have it ready till 11:45 staff is slow and rude and every time I go they always mess something up on the order(missing main ingredients) good food but not worth the headache

  Order ahead 2 farmhouse regular w extra egg. I get home no shmear. Call to let them know and no answer. So I drive back. Tell one of the staff a petite girl with glasses and politely says I’ll redo them. She proceeds to do everything else but the bagels. 10 min later toasted bagel sitting on the prep table. I complain again only to find the don’t have eggs ready. At this point I ask for single egg only to be given broken pieces that look like that were thrown together. Sooooo… I guess new management needs help?

  Ordering ahead was supposed to save time, but instead I waited 45 minutes past the pickup time for a simple takeout order. There was no apology, no explanation, and no sense of urgency—just standing around wondering why I bothered ordering in advance at all. If you can’t handle basic order timing, don’t offer pre-ordering. To make matters worse, the cook forgot to put cream cheese on the bagels—which is kind of the entire point. Paying full price for bagels due to careless mistakes is unacceptable. Slow service is one thing, but sloppy execution on top of it makes this place hard to return too.
