  Ive never complained about a fast food joint but this place by far the most unorganized location. They ALWAYS run out of bagels by 10:30-11am and stay open. They “dont offer refunds” in store and tell you to call or go online and Perris not even listed on the website to get a refund. Save yourself a headache and go to another location or different spot. Happened to me 3 times and im over it.

  Placed an order an HOUR ahead of time just for me to show up and then say they don't have bagels past 11 I ordered at 11:45... at that point CLOSE at 11 Can't offer refunds which is ILLEGAL it is generally illegal or a breach of contract for a restaurant to take payment and refuse to provide the food or a refund, as this constitutes theft or failure to deliver services. If you paid upfront and received nothing, you are entitled to your money back. Also, they are rude and mocked me as if they thought it was so funny that I was upset. Will be reporting to city of Perris. This place needs to be shut down. As well as the BBB and the FTC You're literally STEALING! Customers money the workers think its funny but you're stealing peoples hard earned money. so aweful the way this business is ran and terrible customer service.

  I came here today around 10ish and what a horrible , poor customer service from the lady who was making bagels she was wearing a black shirt , short and with tattoos on her arms and the other a yellow shirt (Yesenia) . Yesenia was nice however, the lady in black shirt seriously needs some customer service skills or get another job if this is not for her. I get that food business can be stressful but if you need the job and pay your bills then maybe change your horrible attitude. The coffee was COLD and a pregnant lady and myself asked to be warm or heated Yesenia went to her(black shirt lady) and she said “they can’t warm the coffe” and Yesenia offered to warm it up in the microwave instead . She did for 30 seconds for mine but it was still cold . I did not want to stress about that so I did not even asked again. #2 the lady in shirt messed up a customer name Nancy’s order who she placed in advance and when she got there it was 20 min and her order was not ready. The customer of course was upset and Yesenia apologize but the lady in black shirt started instead of apologizing she argued with her saying every bagel takes 6 min and pretty much to wait . Wow! . Lastly, we spent about $60 and she couldn’t even cut our bagels in half I know this is a franchise store like Noah’s Bagels but as an owner you should hire employees that meets the standards of the brand or at least make CUSTOMER SERVICE your priority so customers can return ! I hope like I said this lady gets feedback or if she is how she is then maybe you should be in the back baking the bagels and you won’t have any interaction with anyone.

  Honestly, I usually don’t complain much about stuff like this but this happens every time I come in, they take your order and they take forever to give it to you. This happens even when it’s not as busy, but honestly they need to do better. I also went in today and ordered 2 chorizo sunrise bagels and I asked what the wait time would be and was told about 5-10 mins. I went next door to buy a coffee, took me less than 5 mins and I saw my order was still not ready, well I waited about 15 mins until I asked for my order when the girls at the counter looked confused and they checked their screen and turns out they gave my order to someone else, so I had to wait for them to remake my order. The girl didn’t even apologize or anything. The customer service needs to improve by a whole lot. I left very disappointed today as well.
