- AJA JApr 22, 20263.0Customer service is everything at chick fil a - from the outside as a consumer paying higher than regular prices and from the inside as a brand who strives to win hearts daily! I wanted to highlight an older Hispanic leader at the store who before clocking in picked up trash in her parking lot - it may not mean much to most, but it was good to see and something I hope she is celebrated for doing! . I also wasn’t greeted or spoken to when I came in to the restaurant at all even after waiting at the counter so I do hope that changes in the future!

Horrible service and employees to charge me food that I was NOT GIVEN and they do not answer the stores phone DURING operating hours!!!!!!!
