Rude and arrogant, didn't ask if we wanted anything else with subs, wanted to check gift card balance and completely disregarded the request. Also, asked to provide what sauce we wanted first and wouldn't let us tell our veggies and proceeded to not put sauce on until the end anyway. Not impressed as we come here often!

They don't listen to you, they interrupt you CONSTANTLY while you are trying to speak. It's went downhill, I tried to keep giving chances but 3rd time is the charm. I won't be back! (Ate there everyday)! Just wanted to add an update!!!! They screwed up my sub again, but had the AUDACITY to ask me to remove my reviews. No, change your ways and pay attention to your customers. The money i have wasted there is sad- I will not be back.

How hard is it to have a fresh made bun at 7 pm for dinner. This is happening more and more and we keep giving it another chance and then disappointed with the crusty bread. Picture of some if the crumbs I did catch. I heard there is a new sub shop opening in town and if they sell fresher bread we may have to support them.
