- BMBilly MackMay 8, 20261.0Not edible. Had ribs and chicken and had one bite of the ribs and they were rancid, dry and must have been out a while. The chicken was dry. Three of us ordered, one plate was hardly touched and two of the three was bad food. We were polite and said something and had the manager come over showing no care in the world. They ended up giving us 20% off the total bill, so the situation that could have been resolved at the table now gets a negative review. Services were great btw.

I had chicken tenders with loaded fries and it was the most delicious meal I’ve ever eaten. My step mum introduced me to the Swiss Chalet famous sauce and well, I was totally hooked. It was that good I drank it from the sauce pot. David was our server and he was great; my step mum and my dad are regulars so he was so chill it was great 😂 Thank you for a great experience guys!
