  Stopped in for lunch today. Got a friendly greeting as soon as I stepped inside the door. The dining area was spotlessly clean from top to bottom; the chairs and tables were clean and in their place, and the floor was swept and mopped. The food prep area was very impressive; well stocked with fresh ingredients, neat and organized, and immaculately clean. Unless a person has worked in the food service industry, they would understandably have no idea what it takes - especially behind the scenes! - to make it work successfully, and the staff at the Grafton Street Charlottetown location make this job look easy ... and it's anything but! Incredible VIP service this afternoon from the extraordinary and AMAZING young lady from Nepal who makes the BEST sub sandwhich ever. She is polite, gracious, and courteous; fast, efficient, and accurate; and she gets five-stars for her impeccable customer service skills! Thank you for recommending the best choice of bread and sauces for my cold-cut combo. Your suggestions were spot on and made a world of difference. I appreciate you! Sincerely, Jon

  The staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. They work to make sure any customer specific requests happen. Also one of the cleanest Subway stores I have seen. Smiles all the time they wait on their guests. Here at 1pm Wednesday April 15 and every staff member is awesome. Hardeep i think her name is asked me if i needed anything as i was waiting out of the line while decided. I didnt catch name of young man appearing to be doing lobby but hes always got a smile on him. Store is super clean
