  If I could give 0 I would have no cheese in my double big tasty lettuce was far and few tomato was obviously missing no sauce nothing just dry two pieces of patty buns and one visible cheese slice...never ordering here again

  I’m not sure why management still hasn’t made any effort to improve things, despite receiving so many negative reviews. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any business in Charlottetown.

  Ordered the chicken breakfast sandwich it was still cold...I almost threw up. The staff that work there have 0 people or customer service skills....but lots of attitude.

  Ordered a latte via mobile app apparently the machine has been broken for 2 weeks. The front counter staff shuts their shoulders and asks me what they should do about it, I said I dont work at McDonald's how would I know. Service is poor , its obvious no one thst works there really cares, I have gotten better service from street vendors in India than at this McDonald's.
