  Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Crunch box meal with the burger being plain. I waited over 20+ minutes and despite telling both of the worker it was plain. Both of the burger were done incorrectly and when I tried calling them they didn’t pick up and when they did they hung up without talking.

  I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. The food quality was poor it didn’t taste fresh or up to the usual standard. I gave it another chance, but unfortunately it was the same. They also forgot to include the sauce I specifically requested, which was frustrating. On top of that, the service felt unfriendly and inattentive. Overall, this visit didn’t meet expectations at all. I hope they improve both their food quality and customer service.

  Had a great experience at KFC recently! 🍗 A special shoutout to Geevu, who was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Really appreciated the positive attitude and quick service—it definitely made the visit better. As for the chicken… it was 🔥! Fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned—exactly what you expect from KFC. You could tell it was made right and served hot. Overall, great service + great food = happy customer. Will definitely be coming back!
