  Worst service ever please don’t go here. They open till 1am but stopped cooking at 9pm be for real. We ordered fries and it was very cold. Chicken was so small very small and lots of oil in the box. When we order its not even busy!!! The workers just laughing and will literally ignore you. Please do better.

  The place wasn't busy yet the staff couldn't get orders straight to the point they completely lost one of our parties paid for order staff obviously need more training or something

  Ordered online from this location on June 28 @ 4:45 pm and while the food was fine and the service from the employee, notice I said employee and employees, was exceptional. The amount of customers, both in person and online, that this single staff member had to manage is totally unacceptable. I honestly felt bad for him. The single staff member was professional, courteous and polite even though he was clearly stressed and tired. To be clear I had regrets about picking up my order as he was clearly overworked and overl by his manager and/or company. KFC should be ashamed for putting this much work on a single person and caring more about dollars than their employees. If the counter person is am referring to sees this thank you for being professional. Oh and this staff member had to tell customers that numerous side dishes weren't available, surely a corporate or managerial mistake. Do better KFC!

  ordered delivery - paid for gravy but they forgot it - called their branch no one was answering - 3x. called customer service of KFc - probably working from home - coz a kid was screaming in the background requesting for a refund and was not given a proper timeline for the refund - it was just less than 5 dollars but the gravy was the whole reason I ordered take out - just a bummer I did not get what I paid for.
