  The biggest problem with KFC is that their app is terrible. There are app only specials that have to be from the app and you have to pay from the app but the payment processor through the app is horrible!!

  Service at the Bloomfield pei location is absolutely aweful. Service staff constantly distracted missing parts of orders cause everyone’s too busy talking in there instead of waiting on customers. Tonight was the best as we’re waiting to order an employee who was not on shift dressed in everyday clothing was eating inside restaurant continuously travelling from the dining area to the back cooking area helping himself to items in the back. Not only is this not sanitary but against everything a food restaurant should be watching for. Same person continuously butting in when customers are trying to place orders to make sure his needs were met first. I have also made it public knowledge that this particular restaurant is charging customers more for items on the menu that were posted on the board. At first I thought maybe there was a price adjustment in the computers that the boards were not adjusted for. But half the items on our order said the same as the board then other items were priced higher than advertised. I know when I go to my job everyday I try my best to do my best and take pride in my work yes it’s not at a fast food restaurant but I feel at this location people are doing whatever they want, no rules or regulations are being followed and as a paying customer services and regulation could be met better.
