I am very disappointed because I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and some fries and my junior bacon cheeseburger came with shredded lettuce! It's supposed to be a singular lettuce close the whole thing off......

I am writing to report a negative customer service experience I had at your Wendy’s location this past Wednesday at approximately 4:00 PM while using the drive-through.
While placing my order, I requested a four-piece nugget and then added two additional items. After I paid at the window, I politely asked if I could also get a ranch dipping sauce. At that point, the employee’s attitude noticeably changed. She responded in a short and unfriendly tone that there is a charge for extra sauces. I told her that was completely fine and began reaching for change so I could pay.
Instead of telling me the price, she handed me my food while appearing visibly irritated and stated she had already put the ranch in the bag. I again asked how much I owed so I could pay for it, and she did not respond. She simply closed the drive-through window without answering me.
My concern is not about being charged for sauce. I fully understand businesses have policies and I was prepared to pay. My concern is the unprofessional way the interaction was handled. The employee’s body language, tone, and refusal to respond created an unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction over a very small request.
Additionally, I did not see any signage indicating an extra charge for sauces. Clear communication and professional behavior would have made this a non-issue.
Customer service, especially in quick interactions like drive-through service, should still reflect courtesy and professionalism. This interaction fell well below that standard and left a poor impression of this location.
I hope this feedback can be used for coaching and service improvement so future customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Have severe cramps and liquid runs after ordering food from here. It was dead when I came in, and they had 3 people working and no one would take orders, they litterally told someone else who walked in to use the self checkout.
