Staff are slow and probably couldn't even tell you what's on a plain cheeseburger without consulting a chart. On top of all that, they also charge for water.

It’s simple if someone orders for pickup, make the food, place it on the pickup shelf and that’s it but instead you have to check in and wait for them to make food not everybody has time to wait so that’s why you order ahead
