It’s simple if someone orders for pickup, make the food, place it on the pickup shelf and that’s it but instead you have to check in and wait for them to make food not everybody has time to wait so that’s why you order ahead

It was hitting 12 mins waiting for just that and I was in a rush, hence the “fast food” choice but they take the inside people as last priority, don’t recommend. The guy manager short chubby guy was so rude didn’t even try to reassure me that they’re working on my order or nothing so I asked for a refund and he didn’t say sorry nothing! He’s the worst
