  Food was nasty an service was just as bad staf was rude messed up on my wife order ask for a biscuit ham and egg n got a muffin and egg asked for a mc grilled bacon and egg got a muffin n egg hard as a rock coffee was nasty tasted burned

  My complaint is actually not about the mcdonalds but the cashier at arco. My son had to use the restroom so i took him my daugther walked out so i left the restroom to look for her she had candy in her hand i told her no and put it on a top shelf by chocolate almonds the cashier since we walked in kept staring at us stretching her neck my son was done i left and forgot to put candy back in the correct spot (I take accountability) but the cashier then went after us asking us for the candy i told her i did not have the candy? she said it wasnt at holder i let her know it was by the chocolate almonds but from the begining when we went into the restroom she started staring at us like stretching her neck and all i felt really racially profiled.

  I'm sick of having to yell out to employees just to get a few packets of ketchup. They literally will look out you waiting and continue on doing what they're doing. I understand that they can be busy, but when I place a mobile order with ketchup packets included and receive none of them in my bag it's very frustrating to have to wait. Especially when I only have a 30 minute lunch. Also don't order medium or large fries this location puts a minimal amount

  Smaller portions bigger prices uuugh. Use a kiosk and someone will mumble your number. All the same simple unwelcome stale no fun get your food and get out atmosphere....this goes for every McDonald's I go to. If any if find are different I will definitely broadcast.
