    I am a digital native but it is Really bad service when I have to put my own order into the system and no one can correct it when it fails to recognize a valid id for a veteran or senior discount .

    Lady in drive thru is VERY RUDE!!!! I have a family of 6 I've been a costumer for like ten years .I always get the 16 piece meal since we're a family of 6 so I always ask for more sauce since they always put like 5 the lady in the drive thru gets very mad and rolls her eyes. I tell her that I can pay for extra salsas but she ignores me . Never going again ..

    Food is good I’ve came here for years but I recently started getting my food pick up & the lady in drive thru is EXTREMELY rude , customers do not deserve that treatment specially if your getting payed and we are buying . The lady almost drops my food bag when passing it on to me 1. Rude ! I asked her for sauce she says “ oh my god “ in my face ??? Just makes me not want to eat what i just bought . That’s just bad service bad attitude . I’ve read recent reviews and most customers relate . My review isn’t the first one. About this lady. But you guys will do something until there’s more complains.
