- JTJens TamborraFeb 8, 20265.0I unfortunately live in an apartment that can be very confusing to locate for delivery drivers of all kinds. With mail, it’s usually sent to the post office, with doordash, they usually just get lazy and cancel. I honestly assumed this was another case of exactly that. I ordered my food, and I thought I put notes in the system for the driver, but upon further review it looks like I didn’t since it wasn’t provided on the receipt given to dominos. The lady who answered the phone stated that the driver tried calling me 4 times, yet my dumb phone didn’t have a single call going through. The manager working tonight was absolutely amazing to talk to. I hate confrontation and she worked through the issues with me, no blaming or pointing fingers. They then redelivered the food to the right side of the building. I really appreciate their attentiveness, and their customer service is absolutely amazing!

When I walked in, the person who was supposed to be making my pizza came to the front to hug the people that came in after me. If Little Caesar’s pizza was still cheap, this place would be out of business
