  I’ve been going to this Albertsons store for years, but I’ve never used the restroom until yesterday. The store is great. The people are nice parking lot too crowded but overall it’s a good store. Before I shopped yesterday, I needed to go to the restroom and the line was long, so I waited. I’ve been in a bunch of truckstops in my life and I’ve seen some pretty gross bathrooms, but I have never in my life seen anything like this there was brown stuff on the floor toilet paper strewn all over the place. It was beyond gross. It was hard to believe and I don’t gross out very easily, but I actually had to leave the store and go shop someplace else because I couldn’t buy food in a place that was that filthy.

  This place is a joke. Susan in the bakery is completely out of line, disrespectful and down right rude. The store manager Satarius or however you spell it doesn’t seem to care about the complains against Susan and continues to allow her to speak incredibly disrespectful to paying customers. I asked her a question and she ignored me 3 times. She was touching her face and then touching bread with the same dirty hands. Used to love this place. Will not be back and will let everyone I know to avoid it at all cost. Absolutely horrifying that a store can operate like this.

  The Starbucks and the ready-to-go meals are my go-to. I don't like that some of the dairy items are hard to find, but most of all, I enjoy coming back because of the great customer service over at Starbucks. Thank you, Bianca, for always being on point!

  This must be the poorest run Albertsons in the central coast. Always running out of products prices are ridiculous and the employees are the slowest I have ever seen. Shop and go order employees are always in the way with the large carts park in front of products you cant get to. The store looks old and dirty. I dred shopping here and wish the store would make drastic changes.

  If it weren't for the only two checkers who are curteous and don't let you know all about their opinions on things, this would get zero stars. Aisles are consitently jammed with pallets and carts of stock with mostly nobody around to putting it away. Especially dairy, it just sits there. The order fillers are among the rudest of people, always eating, drinking, or talking while blocking the aisles, dirty looks, eye rolling. Not necessarily at me, but I've seen them do some crazy things, like flip people off behind their backs. I just don't get it. Maybe it's the clash between management and the union? Regardless it sucks.
