  like everyone says, employees create HORRIBLE experience here and gave u attitude if u dare to buy a coffee at 6-7am also, EMPLOYEES MUST WEAR THEIR NAME TAGS(otherwise its disrespectful and confusing)

  Their customer service is horrible. 6:30 AM decided to stop by for a McDonald’s coffee the person who took my order, horrible attitude. The person who collected payment, horrible attitude. The person who handed me the coffee, horrible attitude didn’t even acknowledge me didn’t greet me had a rude serious face simply handed me coffee and looked away. Incredible

  The young guy at the drive through was the rudest person ever. I wonder why people get customer service jobs if they don't like to service customers. I got to the order speaker and he never greeted me, which was whatever. I placed my order and he never gave me my total or asked to pull up so I was kind of just left there. I pulled up to the next window and I kindly asked him for my receipt and he just ignored me, closed the window and walked away. The next guy at the order window was pretty friendly. He was nice and handed me my order but I did not like my interaction with the 1st guy. He was extremely rude.
