  Fast and efficient. Good service. Only complaint is 2 of the self ordering computer screens inside had distortion and we were unable to see the menu and place order. Thankfully the young lady at the register took our 2 orders face-to-face the traditional way :) I also noticed how small the biscuits have gotten over time. They’re almost tiny lol

  McDonald's is located at 1320 East Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena 91106. It is one block west of Hill Avenue, near Pasadena City College. This location is mostly a drive-thru restaurant. There are few seats and tables inside, but when I was there most customers came in for pickup. The counter is set up for both order and pickup and your receipt contains your pickup number. Numbers are called out as your orders are completed. There was only a short wait of about 5 or 6 minutes for my complete order. Staff here was very friendly and helped me decide which of the many items on their menu I should order. They have a lot of burgers, chicken sandwiches, wraps, drinks, and desserts available. It seems like there's always something new to order. I decided to order a selection of items. I knew that I had to try the Big Arch. I guess I'm susceptible to a lot of advertising. The Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets, and Chicken Strips. When my number was called, I picked up my neatly packed order. It was a beautiful day so there was no car involved and walking in this area is refreshing. Items were still hot as I unpacked the carefully packaged McDonald's order. I started out tasting the Chicken Nuggets and the Chicken Strips both were good but I think my preference for my next order will be the chicken strips - very moist with that crunch on the outside that you expect. Next I turned my attention to the french fries. I got a large order and was pleased to see that the length and crunch was still as I remembered. They were very good. I wanted to try that new Arch Burger to see if it met all of the expectations from the advertising. While it was good, it was not over the top. I think my expectations were out of line. My fault. What was unexpected was how good the deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich was - it tasted juicy with delicious crunch from the breading. I also like the dill pickle flavor. There are plenty of items on the menu and variations on each of your selections. Food, drink, desserts are all available at this McDonald's. I don't eat this type of fast food often, but I understand why it is still a very popular place to go. I will be back, if nothing else to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and a quick meal or snack.

  Ordered my food and a medium coffee. They bring out a small. I politely apologize and say I ordered a medium and if they didn't charge me right I will pay the difference. The guy tells me it's fine and hands me a medium cup. I open the lid and see he just poured the small coffee in there and didn't actually add coffee to make it a medium smh. Then I open the McMuffin and it tastes like syrup. They must have put a mcgriddle on right before mine. I'll just got to the competitor down the street from my job that's the same price next time.

  I asked for a couple salt packs on the side. And I told the girl it would be for dine in. (To be served on a tray). I asked if it would be served to the table. She said yes. So I went for a table. It's a small shop with very few tables. All empty tables were dirty. All of them. I cleaned one myself with a napkin. After a few minutes, she called my number. (Wasn't it gonna be taken to the table?) Anyways... She gives me a bag, no tray. And of course, no salt inside the bag. And no straw. I complained with her about all that she got wrong, and she just turned around and left. Compared to my neighborhood McD where I always go, this one had disastrous attention.
