Our L'moon Thai tea project started in 2013 while we were in NYC. We have been testing all Thai tea in many restaurants and found that they are usually overly sweet compare to what we usually had when we grew up in Thailand. After a few trips back, we finally found the right blend of tea leaves that is rich enough to cancel out the usual Thai tea sweetness yet leaving aromatic aftertaste on every sips. Our tea also strong enough to allow adding flavors without obscuring the original tea taste. We also brought the best cookie recipe from NYC when we moved to the west coast. Please come and visit us at L'moon creamery and we will greet you with joy and delicious drinks, cookies and soft serve ice-cream. We also support vegans.
