  Area a bit of not clean, but the burgers are hust the best, better then In n out

  This place is a headache every time you have to tell them to melt the cheese on the burger then you have to tell them don’t put it in a foil because it gets saggy and then they charge $50 for two burgers and one fries, modern day robbery save your money and a headache go elsewhere! Plus their restrooms look like a dumpster

  Very disappointed at this visit. Fries were given in a paper bag instead of a cup which was significantly smaller. Hot dog was saggy and cold even Costco $1.50 hot dog tasted better than this $8.99 hot dog. Burgers were okay but In n Out definitely tasted better.

  I placed an order on the company's website. I ordered 1 bacon cheeseburger w/ lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and mayo. I also ordered 1 little bacon cheeseburger w/ tomato, raw onion and ketchup. A side of regular fries was also added to the order. Order placed! Eight minutes later, I walk into the restaurant ready to pick up my order (website said it would be ready in 7 minutes). The ambiance was fine. Staff ask me the name for my pickup order, I inform them it would be under the name "Kay". They let me know that they were finishing up my fries. A few minutes later, one employee informs me that my order was ready and hands me the bags. I then continue on my journey back home. Once I get home and empty the contents of the bag, I realize everything is wrong with the order. The fries taste heavily seasoned (not regular, like I ordered). There are 3 burgers: 1 meatless burger and 2 others with no bacon or anything else that I ordered on them. The restaurant is too far from my house for it to make sense to bring the incorrect order all the way back in. This completely ruined the experience for my sister and I. We go 6+ months without eating here because it's too pricey for our budget. So to splurge and pay $40 for a completely wrong order, is more than frustrating, to say the least. Hopefully something can be done to remedy this situation because we're very unhappy with tonight's experience.
