  Solid burgers, but they tell you that they're going to call you when your order is ready, and every time I've gone, I wind up having to walk to the counter and it's been sitting there. No one has called me.

  Be aware that the staff member will ask you to BACK UP if you try to pickup your order. I’ve been a regular customer at this store and usually have had decent experiences, which is why what happened today at noon was especially disappointing. I placed an online order and arrived about 20 minutes later. When I got to the pickup counter, I could clearly see my order sitting there. There was no sign or clear instruction explaining how customers would be notified when their order was ready, so I simply asked the staff member behind the counter if it was mine. However, a female staff member standing outside the counter area told me, “He will call your name, you can BACK UP!” The tone and wording felt unnecessarily dismissive. I was not crowding the counter or being impatient , I was just trying to confirm whether the order in front of me was mine, especially since there was no posted guidance about the pickup process. To be fair, the person behind the counter heard what she said and apologized to me, which I appreciated. But the whole experience is SHOCKING!!!

  Hier vragen ze je hoe je de burger gebakken wilt hebben, en wat ik had opgegeven zo kwam die ook. Heerlijk. Maar ook hier de broodjes worden na een paar happen klef dat is jammer. Ik had de jalopenjo burger. Zelden zo'n lekkere hamburger gegeten. Gisteravond had ik hier al een prima milkshake gehaald ook uitstekend. Dus ja blijf niet lang meer in Pasadena maar indien het me lukt kom ik hier zeker terug.

  I’ve been to many stands and the Pasadena location is the best by far ! I came in yesterday (2/21) and was greeted and helped by Carlos , who gave us his recommendations, all the food was delicious, but the star of the show was Carlos’s suggestion, he came back to check on us to make sure everything was tasting okay and if we needed anything else, he even went the extra mile and kindly helped us on how to validate parking since there are new machines. Not only was the food tasty, but the burger had a beautiful “smile” , unlike the other locations I’ve visited; the stand Pasadena is constantly serving amazing food and even better customer service that will definitely keep me coming back , thank you Carlos and team !:)
