Today I ordered a sausage egg Mcmuffin, a sausage McGriddle, and a bacon egg cheese biscuit from the McDonalds app. You would think it’s impossible for them to screw up an order from their own app, but this store continues to drop the ball, whether in person or on the app. Instead of the BEC biscuit, I was given an BEC McGriddle. My receipt literally has the correct order on it and they still can’t get it right. Why do these people making $20 an hour to make a sandwich not read their darn screens? Every visit from this location ends in disappointment, I shouldn’t have to do a deep dive to check my order cause your store refuses to read their orders properly. You instill doubt to the people you’re supposed to assure when feeding them, and give them EXACTLY WHAT WE ORDER, not cool!

Son de los lugares en los que veo muy pocas estrellas pero siempre hay demasiada gente a pesar de esto. La comida es buena y barata. No creo que me pueda quejar porque da lo que uno espera de un lugar de comida rápida.

Cannot get the order right. Tonight 1/23/2026 ordered a special order, “2 cheeseburgers with no meat.” I know, it’s for my vegetarian daughter. Anyway the first two we received had meat. The next two only had cheese, between two buns. Horrible. Go to the other two in Pasadena and avoid this one.

They're always painfully slow to prepare the orders (compared to other McDonald's) and no one is at the counter to answer questions or anything; you're left to stand, wondering if any orders on the shelf that you can't reach is yours, but everyone's just watching you from the kitchen
