  Came here to celebrate a birthday and unfortunately had one of the slowest service experiences I have had at a restaurant. At one point we were left sitting at an empty table waiting for our food for quite a while. Meanwhile, another party the same size as ours arrived about 20 minutes after we did, ordered steaks as well, and was served before our table. When we asked about the delay, we were told that differences in food temperatures were the reason. That explanation was difficult to understand given that both tables ordered similar items. Do better.

  Kon voor mijn gevoel nog best buiten op het terras eten. Ze vroeg me nog wel of de heaters aan moesten, netjes. Daarna kreeg is razendsnel mijn drankje, en toen werd het heel lang stil.... Maar uiteindelijk besteld. Mijn filet mignon was prima gebakken. Mis misschien wat jus. Had ook sla besteld, maar niet goed gelezen een wedge, en dat krijg je dan ook een vierde van een krop ijsberg sla. En er zit een beetje saus overheen maar de kern is smakeloze ijsbergsla! Dus jus bij het vlees en meer saus bij de sla. Vlees was trouwens uitstekend !

  My husband and I came to have dinner at Fleming's Pasadena.It's our second visit to this location. First time, we really enjoy ourselves.But this second time was exceptional. Our server Efrain made great recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. He was attentive and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Thank you for making date night fun, delicious and special for us.

  I’ve dined at top-tier establishments across the globe, so I’m well-acquainted with what high-level service should look like. My visit to Fleming’s in Pasadena started with a stroke of luck—being seated immediately without a reservation—but the evening spiraled into an absolute disgrace from there. We ordered our first round of drinks, but the moment they arrived, our server had a massive accident. Every glass shattered onto the table. My wife was soaked, my clothes were ruined by red wine, and we were suddenly sitting in a literal "splash zone" of booze and dangerous broken glassware. Accidents happen. I get it. It’s the recovery that defines a luxury brand, and Fleming’s failed miserably: They only compensated the two spilled drinks. They thought a $30 credit was enough to make up for a ruined evening and a table full of glass. They handed us a number for a dry cleaner claim. For a traveler like me, who is going to chase down corporate paperwork for a $25 cleaning bill after having their entire night ruined? In any other world-class restaurant, an accident of this magnitude—involving physical mess and safety hazards—results in a compensated meal. It’s about acknowledging the massive inconvenience, not just the cost of the liquid spilled. To prioritize $30 over a customer’s experience is a joke. I will never step foot in this location again.

  From the Host to the server to the atmosphere to the food everything was beautiful and just perfect. I loved how they ask if you're celebrating anything in particular when you arrive because they put a sign at your table like birthday, anniversary etc. I think that's really nice touch, making it personal. They give complimentary bread and butter which was delicious. We then ordered the ribeye steak with side Ceasar salad and mashed potatoes and those were probably the best I've ever tasted. Everything has to be ordered seperately. Pretty pricey but definitely worth it. My kids loved it here and had the kids salmon plate. Overall a great experience. I can't recall my waiters names but they had excellent service. I gave them both a baby Jesus figurine. I appreciate the great experience and hope to be back once again when we're in the area.
