  Food is overpriced taste like Burger King and when we asked for light lemon pepper seasoning they put extra just because we asked for light just to be Rude

  You guys should really have cups of water for your customers. My children just got 3 ice cream cones and when I asked for a cup of water they said I had to buy the cup. Not ok Do better. 👎

  I was very excited about getting a cheesesteak from Charleys based on online reviews. But, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. I have never eaten a Cheesesteak so bland in my life. I got the old school cheesesteak, it comes with cheese and sautéed onions. It might had been cheese from China because it had no flavor at all, same with the onions. I have never had onions with no flavor. The cheesesteak had zero, zero flavor. I guess that there's no reason for me to come back.

  The employer Jennifer was amazing, good customer service all the way around. Very approachable and welcoming. I’ve never been this is restaurant or this location and she make me want to come back.
