- HBHannah BradenOct 7, 20251.0I went to this Subway last night 10-6-2025 at 4:54 PM and had the most horrific customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at this location. As soon as I walked in, the girl working, loudly told her friend that there was “no way she was going to be off by 5 now.” I even apologized and told her I’d be quick, and she replied that it wasn’t my fault, but then proceeded to huff, puff, and slam things around the entire time she made our sandwiches. She threw the ingredients together, nothing was properly portioned, and it honestly felt like my presence was a huge inconvenience to her. If she doesn’t want to work there, then maybe she shouldn’t be representing the brand. I usually have great experiences here, especially with the young guy who works there; he’s always friendly and efficient. I get that it’s “just Subway,” but at the end of the day, that’s someone’s meal and basic respect goes a long way. This was unacceptable.
